    Summary

    Jonah was an American pop rock band formed in Staten Island, NY in 1974. With members Vincent LaFata,Michael Gregorio, and Robert Gengo, they were highly regarded for their song crafting abilities.

    They shared the stage with world famous acts such as Janis Ian, Orleans (band), and Sly and the Family Stone. Jonah mostly toured on the east coast and within the midwest regions of the United States from the mid to late 1970's.

    They were especially known for their vocal harmonies which is evident on songs such as "The Fool","Waiting' for the Change","It's Always Dark Before the Dawn", and "Lil".
