As Max Malins' mum, Amanda, was clearing out the house last week, she came across a dusty family photo album.
'She had ordered a skip to come around for a major de-clutter,' says Malins.
'She found this picture of me when I was seven wearing a full England rugby kit. She sent it over to me on the phone with a text saying 'How cute were you?'. I thought about replying: 'What's changed!'
