Sir Roderick David Stewart (born 10 January )^[2] is a British rock and pop singer and songwriter.

Known for his distinctive raspy singing voice,^[3] Stewart is among the best-selling music artists of all time, having sold more than million records worldwide.^[4] His music career began in when he took up busking with a harmonica.
